1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Schoolway platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrative accounts.
• Parents and students are responsible for maintaining the security of their personal login credentials.
• Users must notify Schoolway immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Schoolway does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

4. Payments and Refunds

Schoolway facilitates fee collections for schools. All fee payments are subject to the respective school's refund policy. Schoolway's subscription fees for schools are billed as per the agreed service level agreement and are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Schoolway software without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logo, and software code on the Schoolway platform are the property of Schoolway and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Schoolway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the school for the service during the preceding 12 months.
